Wholly Craftsmen is looking for skilled, reliable tradespeople to join our growing team for various custom home projects. We specialize in home repair, maintenance, and improvement services, delivering high-quality craftsmanship to homeowners in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Tempe, and Paradise Valley metro areas.

Skills and Experience:
We’re seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
• 10 or more years of demonstrated experience across trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and tile, drywall, painting, landscaping, and pool maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in almost all disciplines or trades.
• Priority will be given for candidates who are licensed in one or more trades.
• Be willing to learn and willing to perform any type of construction trade.
• Must have impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, respect, patience, kindness, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Top quality workmanship and the ability to self-assess and correct quality.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a willingness to listen first.
• Must have/provide a cell phone capable of running Markate software/app.
• Must have/provide your own vehicle and be willing to transport modest amounts of construction raw materials such as boxed goods, lumber, or pipe.
Requirements:
• Perform various tasks of construction trades spanning examples of changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing leaks to fine finish carpentry from scratch and painting.
• Lead others of varying skill in team projects or divide-and-conquer task lists, ranging from sequencing and delegating tasks to providing instruction or tips for improved safety and efficiency.
• Diagnose issues from customer description and observation and testing of the issue, working until the root cause is found. Develop and implement a repair solution.
• Interface and communicate with customers, from pleasant and respectful greetings at arrival to providing explanations in appropriate detail and understandable terms for any issues to resolve.
• Coordinate, obtain, and transport materials to job sites as required.
• Provide task-specific design ideas and labor input to the company estimator in support of developing project estimates.
• Other tasks as assigned.
